ITC Windsor, Bengaluru, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Ajay Das as Front Office Manager, reaffirming the hotel’s commitment to delivering seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
Bringing over a decade of experience in hospitality operations and guest services, Das joins the Bengaluru property from ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad, where he served in the same capacity. Throughout his career with ITC Hotels, he has built a reputation for driving service excellence, streamlining front-office operations, and nurturing guest-focused teams.
His hospitality journey spans several landmark ITC properties, including ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad; Welcomhotel Coimbatore; and ITC Mughal, Agra. He has also contributed to the Guest Contact Centre – Central Reservations for ITC Hotels across India, gaining valuable expertise in reservations management, customer engagement, and service delivery.
An alumnus of the ITC Hospitality Management Institute, Gurugram, Das brings strong technical proficiency in platforms such as Opera PMS, ORS, and Talisma. Known for his hands-on leadership style and meticulous attention to detail, he has consistently nurtured guest-focused teams and streamlined front-office operations.
