Brigade Hospitality Welcomes Chef Stanley to Lead The Baking Company

Brigade Hospitality has appointed industry veteran Chef Arokia Raj, popularly known as Chef Stanley, as the new Business Head – Operations for The Baking Company (TBC).

In his new role, Chef Stanley will oversee the bakery brand’s end-to-end operations, including production planning, inventory management, operational excellence, and driving culinary innovation across the business.

Bringing with him nearly three decades of rich experience in the bakery and hospitality sectors, Chef Stanley has worked with several renowned establishments, including SATS Bengaluru, Dolcre, APCA Bengaluru, Vivanta by Taj, and other leading hospitality brands. He also holds an MBA along with a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian School of Business Management, Bengaluru.

Sharing his thoughts on the appointment, Gurmeet Singh, AVP, Brigade Hospitality, said, “Chef Stanley’s extensive industry experience, combined with his strong leadership and business acumen, makes him a valuable addition to The Baking Company.
