Seasoned Hospitality Professional Takes Charge as Deputy General Manager of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa
Strengthening its leadership presence in one of India’s most celebrated luxury hospitality destinations, Taj North Goa has announced the appointment of Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager for the iconic Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa.
With an impressive hospitality journey spanning over 24 years, Reekshit brings with him a wealth of experience across luxury hotel operations, guest experience management, rooms division leadership, and people-centric hospitality. His appointment marks another strategic step in reinforcing the legacy and operational excellence of the landmark Taj resorts in North Goa.
Reekshit began his journey with IHCL as a Taj Management Trainee in Housekeeping in 2002, steadily rising through the ranks while building an extensive operational portfolio across some of the most prestigious luxury properties in India and the Middle East.
Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions within the Taj ecosystem, including serving as Executive Housekeeper at the majestic Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace and being part of the prestigious pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad — one of India’s most iconic palace hotels.
His transition into Rooms Division leadership saw him take on senior operational roles such as:
- Director of Rooms – Fairmont Jaipur
- Director of Rooms – Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa
- Director of Rooms – Taj Dubai
Before his latest appointment, Reekshit was serving as Hotel Manager at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa Goa, where he played an instrumental role in strengthening operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and luxury service delivery before being elevated to oversee the iconic North Goa cluster.
