Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai Welcomes Raish Shaikh as Food & Beverage Manager

Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai has announced the appointment of Raish Shaikh as its new Food & Beverage Manager, effective May 12, 2026.

Bringing more than 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Raish joins the hotel with a strong background in food and beverage operations, guest experience management, and team leadership. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of the industry’s most respected hospitality brands, including Aurika Mumbai Skycity, The Leela Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Before joining Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, he served as Deputy F&B Manager at Aurika Mumbai Skycity.

A graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Anjuman-I-Islam Institute of Hotel Management, Raish is known for his people-centric leadership approach and commitment to operational excellence. He is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while nurturing and developing high-performing teams.

Sharing his vision for the role, Raish said, “My goal is to lead a Food and Beverage team that consistently delivers memorable guest experiences, develops talent, and drives sustainable growth through creativity and operational excellence.”

A firm believer in mentorship and continuous learning, Raish is dedicated to fostering a collaborative work environment where teams feel empowered to perform at their best. He also advocates for simplifying processes and eliminating unnecessary complexities to encourage greater efficiency and innovation.

Describing himself as energetic, results-oriented, and guest-focused, Raish believes that successful hospitality leadership is built on striking the right balance between business performance and team development.

Outside of work, he enjoys bike riding and coaching youth cricket. Interests that reflect his values of discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Guided by his personal motto, “Stay focused, never give up,” he continues to inspire those around him both professionally and personally.
