Delhi’s GOAT Fires Up Hyderabad: A Rooftop Pop-Up with Mazzo That’s All Smoke, Spice & Style

Delhi’s GOAT Fires Up Hyderabad

This February, Hyderabad’s skyline will glow a little hotter as GOAT by Chef Gaurav Sircar, Delhi’s cult-favourite charcoal grill house, sets up a blazing pop-up at the city’s most atmospheric rooftop venue — Mazzo, at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad.

From February 6 to 14, this nine-night culinary collaboration promises a heady mix of fire-kissed flavours, slow-braised indulgence, bold spice, and beautifully balanced cocktails — all under the stars, just in time for Valentine’s week.

Where Delhi’s Charcoal Meets Hyderabad’s Spice

Known in Delhi for its unapologetically bold, charcoal-fired cuisine, GOAT (Greatest of All Taste) makes its first big move outside the capital with this curated pop-up. At the helm is Chef Gaurav Sircar, who has built GOAT around the philosophy that great food should make you pause mid-conversation. His approach combines rustic grilling with refined plating, bringing out deep, smoky intensity while staying rooted in authenticity.

In Hyderabad, a city with its own proud grilling traditions, this collaboration feels like a natural — yet bold — extension.

“Hyderabad understands spice and respects flavour, which makes it the perfect city for our first pop-up,”
says Chef Gaurav Sircar.
“Mazzo’s rooftop setting, paired with their cocktail craftsmanship and Marriott’s seamless hospitality, creates something truly immersive.”

Mazzo’s Sky-High Canvas: Smoke, Spice & Skyline Views

Set atop the Marriott Executive Apartments, Mazzo Rooftop is already known for its breezy, elevated charm and inventive culinary experiments. With panoramic city views, ambient lighting, and an ethos of flavour-forward creativity, the venue now plays host to GOAT’s signature smoky theatrics.

“Hyderabad has always celebrated grilled food — but with this collaboration, we’re introducing a different interpretation,”
says Ashwin Vaidya, General Manager, Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad.
“It’s Delhi’s deep, charcoal-driven soul meeting our love for spice, paired with cocktails that are as bold as the food.”

The Menu: Fire-Forged, Flavour-First
